Return Process

  Log into your Aesthesy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
